Try before you buy

Scanning and preview are completely free, and DataRecover Pro shows you which files are recoverable — with confidence scores — before you pay. This means you can confirm DataRecover Pro works for your situation at no cost. We strongly recommend doing this first; it's the surest way to know it will recover what you need.

Our recovery guarantee

If you purchase a plan and DataRecover Pro is unable to recover the files you needed, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. We stand behind the software's ability to do what it describes.

How to request a refund

Email support@datarecoverpro.com from the email on your account within 30 days of purchase and tell us what happened. We review every request in good faith and process eligible refunds to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within a few business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your Annual subscription anytime from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current period. (The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase — nothing to cancel.)

Fair use

Our guarantee covers cases where the software couldn't recover your files. Because the free scan and preview let you verify results before buying, requests that reflect successful use of the paid features — for example, recovering or repairing a large number of files and then requesting a refund — may not qualify. Abuse of the refund policy may result in account termination.
